What does your holiday consist of ?
Your Pilates Holiday will include:-
- Transfers to and from Gibraltar, Jerez, Seville or Malaga airport. We will be there to meet you in the arrivals lounge. See below for transfer costs.
- Accommodation sharing a twin room in an architecturally designed contemporary detached house situated in the quiet outskirts of the charming coastal town of Conil de la Frontera and just a 5 minute stroll away from a beautiful sandy beach and a 10 minute walk into Conil centre.
- Every morning after your Pilates class breakfast/brunch will be made with delicious fresh local produce and served alfresco, weather permitting.
- An assortment of teas and coffee as well as freshly squeezed local oranges will be available to quench your thirst throughout the day.
- Daily Pilates class with Karen, your fully qualified Body Control Pilates teacher of many years experience. Each class is held in the new Pilates Studio within the house and is limited to 4 students ensuring that you get the best personal attention. The classes are tailored to your needs and suitable for all levels including those who are new to Pilates and those who have more experience. Classes are held in the mornings and afterwards is free-time.
- Experience a complimentary Reiki treatment.
- The surrounding countryside is perfect for easy walking.
- Our courtesy mini-bus is there to take you to and from Conil de la Frontera if you feel like discovering the town and wandering the narrow cobbled streets full of galleries, gift shops and eating places.
- There will be plenty of opportunity to relax on one of the beautiful local sandy beaches only minutes away or explore the pretty white mountain towns (pueblos blancos) of Vejer and Conil de la Frontera and other local beauty spots in our courtesy mini-bus. Lots of time too to check out the delicious tapas in one of the many typical Spanish bar/restaurants or visit the local market to get your freshly caught fish or meat kebabs and cook them over the barbeque on the terrace at home.
